Absolutely wonderful relocation of my treadmill by Jesse.He was incredibly professional and I am so pleased I got fitness doctor to relocate my machine rather than having to have to pay for repairs by not getting a professionally done

The Fitness Doctor recently relocated my treadmill. I cannot use enough Superlatives to describe the service I received. I had to change my dates a couple of times, Amy was absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. She is a delightful girl with first class customer service skills. Thank You Amy !!!!!!!!! Jesse the technician who carried out the relocation. We where in between moves he went up to the new property and installed without me having to go with him. Once installed he sent me pictures so I could agree with placing. He also discovered some of the wires had been misplaced during the initial installation. A very thorough young man who certainly knew what he was doing. He was polite, and ve ry easy to deal with. If you are considering relocation of your treadmill please go with these people.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service of The Fitness Doctor and I'm happy to say that my replacement treadmill motor has been installed successfully. We will have the new walking belt installed as needed.

He was here when you said he would, found the problem without having to re-visit or wait for parts, which saved me a ton of money and lost time, and was professional and well mannered. The visit cost me $170 which was far better than the $300 I was quoted from a guy in Wollongong. I have used other branded silicone oil and I have found this to be of good quality and easy to apply and not too bad on the pocket.
