Damaged / Faulty goods
Product damage can occasionally occur during the freight process. When you receive your order please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If there is damage, please notify the delivery driver and make a note on the consignment note. If the delivery appears to be in good condition on arrival, however, if you notice damage or fault please notify us immediately and we will arrange to solve the issue. If we are unable to fix the issue for whatever reason, the next option will be to replace the product/part with a new one. If this option is not available (i.e. end of line product) a full refund for the price of the product, although we will require the faulty product to be returned to the nominated address less the postage fee upon purchase & upon return.
Refund
If the product is still in the packaging and has not been used, is still sealed and in good condition a refund will be provided to you once the product has been returned to the nominated address less the postage fee upon purchase & upon return within 14 days or purchasing the product.
Labour Fee
No refund will be provided for the labour fee/installation fee that has been charged after the technician has attended. Refund, will be issued if the technician has NOT attended & 24hours notice has been given via email.
Workmanship Warranty
14 Day Workmanship Warranty from the date the technician attended & must be in relation to the issue that the technician attended to the machine. If outside that 14 day workmanship warranty Labour fee will need to be paid prior to technician attending.
Parts Warranty
Controllers purchased from The Fitness Doctor will not be warranted unless an authorised Fitness Doctor technician fits the Controller.
Controller if fitted by an authorised Fitness Doctor technician 90 days from date part was fit Drive Motor purchased from The Fitness Doctor will not be warranted unless an authorised Fitness Doctor technician fits the Drive Motor.
Drive Motor if fitted by an authorised Fitness Doctor technician 90 days from date part was fit Walking Belts 30 days part warranty
