Our technician's know what you need to keep your treadmill in tip top condition. NordicTrack & ProForm Treadmills need to be lubricated every 24-40hrs of use. A workout on your treadmill 5 days a week for 20min over a month means that you need to apply lubricant roughly every 3 months. Remember we want to keep that heat & friction away. If you feel as though the walking belt has become loose and feels as though its slipping under foot, a quick tension & align will help resolve this issue.  

NOTE: After applying the lubricant, allow it to fully dry before folding the walking deck. This will help prevent excess lubricant from running into the main components and reduce the risk of damage.
